– ABOUT THE WORK

Signals sent inside of our brains, blood rushing through our bodies. Commissioned by Rubicon Dance, this choreography explores the mechanisms of how the brain and body process the hormone adrenaline. Created in tandem with scientific research from Cardiff University’s Brain Research Imaging Centre (CUBRIC), the choreography combines science and dance to illustrate the effect of adrenaline on the body. Axon featured as a part of the Dance Outlook Tour by Rubicon Dance in 2018
