REHEARSAL DIRECTOR
 
Originally from Brighton and Hove, Charlotte graduated with a Masters Degree in Dance Performance, before beginning her career as a Dance Artist, performing in multiple companies and settings. Charlotte began developing her technique practice, teaching professionals, students and the wider community at institutions including Rambert, Royal Ballet School, The Place and TrinityLaban and was awarded the ‘Biennale de Danse’ choreographic award for the Seychelles festival.  
Charlotte has been working as a Rehearsal Director since 2015 working with companies, Akram Khan Company, BalletBoyz, Alexander Whitley and National Dance Company Wales where she has re staged and rehearsed works for both U.K and international touring, naming Maxine Doyle, Xie Xin, Ivan Perez, Christopher Wheeldon, Fernando Melo and Caroline Finn. 
Last year Charlotte was appointed as Dance Captain for the Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony in Birmingham. Charlotte has a passion for sharing her eye for detail in both her teaching practice and performance and is excited to be joining Jack Philp Dance for the development of their new work.
